SEO Guarantee Details:

1. 40% or better of the total Keywords will rank on Page 1 of Google or Yahoo, or Bing during the SEO campaign.
2. SEOmoo! will constantly endeavor to rank 100% of the keywords on Page 1 of Google or Yahoo or Bing. Our guarantee is in place to assure you top ranking results NO matter what or you’ll receive constant SEO for 3 months until you do.
3. If SEOmoo! fails to fulfill this Guarantee, we’d then create an attractive alternative at a substantially reduced rate.

The SEO Guarantee will be VOIDED if:

1. The client fails to provide initial or additional website content  as required by SEOmoo! All content is preferred to be delivered in the body of an email, not MS Word or other types of documents unless absolutely necessary.
2. The client’s FTP access shuts down or webhosting shuts down or is not provided.  Provided that the loss of access is not more than 24 hours, the SEO guarantee would still be in tact providing that the client has a back up of his site and can furnish it to SEOmoo! upon request if required.
3. SEOmoo! is not given proper full access to Dynamic Websites to make necessary changes. (URL Rewriting, Dynamic Meta Data Implementation) and the client isn’t able to or refuses to implement the changes suggested.
4. SEOmoo! encounters development type of issues regarding URL redirects, at the point of content addition which disrupts the website’s intended design, meta tag implementation issues, or other issues which may arise because of structural designs or development flaws in the website or at the point of hosting. Unless the client can responsively resolve these issues which are out of SEOmoo!’s control, we cannot proceed and must put our SEO efforts on hold. This may cause a major detriment to the rankings promised. We will still strive with every effort to work with the client to resolve these issues within 24 hours before the guarantee will be voided.
5. The website goes offline for more than 24 hours.
6. The websites hosting is not renewed, causing the website to go offline for more than 24 hours.
7. A duplicate mirror website exists or any duplicate website content which exists on another site(s).
8. The website’s host location is changed. (or a new host takes over the hosting)
9. The website’s navigation is changed without approval from SEOmoo!
10. The client website becomes on object of or a blacklisted site independent of SEOmoo!’s actions.
11. The website is or has been engaged in spamming activities.
12. The website’s content optimization or html coding as been modified independent from SEOmoo!

Even where the SEO Guarantee has been voided, our SEO efforts do not stop. We do our utmost to deliver the promised rankings. For the vast majority of cases where the guarantee was  voided, SEOmoo! works through the Search Engine inflicted penalties on the website and achieves over 40% of the keywords on the first page as promised.
